The Purpose Pathway Finder is a quiet way of listening to your own experience. You bring what you have lived, the paid work, the caregiving, the volunteering, the things no one ever gave you a title for, and it offers that back to you in the language the working world uses. From there, you can see where it already belongs, and what the season you are in might be inviting you to build next. There is nothing to get right or wrong here. We are starting from experience, all of us, and that is where we begin.

I provide sessions to assist participants in using the tool and interpreting results. This is a relatively complex tool and I want to support everyone in understanding the data and applying what was learned in a meaningful way.
